Return Policy

We value our relationship with our customers.  

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. 

As such, we stress that you are very selective about choosing the products that you wish to order.  

If a customer is dissatisfied with the quality of a selected item, we have implemented the following policy. 

It is the policy of The Hair Chamber that an item may be returned under the following conditions:

 

  1. The return must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same pristine condition in which it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. An exchange may also be granted for an item that is considered damaged or defective. 

  1. Customers should include their point of contact information including mailing address, email address, and telephone number. 

  1. We do not offer refunds, but product exchanges will be accepted if the conditions listed above are met.

  2. In the event of a return, we require an accompanying receipt or proof of purchase.

  3. Once your return is received, a confirmation email will be sent to your attention. 

  1. If the return item satisfies our inspection criteria, we will via email preferably or by phone notify you of its acceptance and/or rejection. 

  1. If approved, an exchange can be made. If rejected, the product will be returned to your mailing address.

  1. If there are extenuating circumstances that permit a refund. A credit of the same value will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 business days.

  1. Please note that the previous provisions are applicable to regular priced items only. 

  1. You will be responsible for all applicable shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
